Go to glossaries and vocabularies...

By Diane Nolet. This Vocabulary contains about 2 280 terms that were extracted from numerous documents, including acts and regulations on broadcasting and cable television published since 1986, internal glossaries produced by the Translation Bureau's CRTC translation unit, the Broadcast Code for Advertising to Children, technical standards, as well as documents published by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).

The Vocabulary includes not only broadcasting and cable television terms, but also administrative and financial terms related to these fields.

The Telecommunications and Broadcasting Regulation Vocabulary will prove to be a valuable reference to all those required to use this type of terminology in their work.
